Lucien S. Johnson, III, DMD
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Dr. Johnson moved to Orlando, Florida, in 1965. He and his wife have three children − two boys and a girl − all of whom are active in sports.
Dr. Johnson received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1993. When he is not treating patients or attending one of his children’s sporting events, Dr. Johnson devotes much of his time to organized dentistry. This involvement keeps him current on the latest dental procedures and materials.
Dr. Johnson is a member of several professional organizations including:
- The American Dental Association
- The Florida Dental Association (FDA)
- The Central District Dental Association
- The Dental Society of Greater Orlando (DSGO)
In addition to serving as secretary of the DSGO, Dr. Johnson is a member of its Peer Review Committee and Committee of Ethics; he is slated to become president of the organization in 2012. On the state level, Dr. Johnson is a member of the House of Delegates for the Florida Dental Association (FDA), an organization committed to improving the oral health of Florida residents and promoting ethical practice standards.
Dr. Johnson thoughtfully combines his family and professional experiences to create an office atmosphere that is relaxing and comfortable, yet thorough and up to date.
